Bad hotel

I booked my room including breakfast, and i already paid on mat, but hotel didn't gave me the breakfast, they said their kitchen is closed because of covid, but they are making food of guest, whose giving personal order there,

I had not stay but MMNT has not returned my room charge

I had booked for early morning check in as per MMNT but MMNT system pick back date and deduct the room charge as I Am busy with travelling and believe with MMNT but I have got disappointed with Mmnt
