Hotel MTM

The room was absolutely dirty. There was hair in the room. The bathroom was not clean. Neither the switch nor the tap geyser in the bathroom was working. All I was going to say was manage it for a day.

The average rating I gave due to the bathroom and door is not good .and restaurant timings are variance bad.

room was very big and clean but we requested for late check in but they didn’t make this request though they had the other options also

The room smelled of rotten dead mouse. very dirty room.The all out had no liquid.The tap of the bathroom was not functional.The fan was was not working properly

My experience at Hotel was extremely poor. The staff behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. The rooms were not clean, and the overall hygiene was substandard—blankets and bed covers were untidy. The food quality was also far below expectations. Overall, it was a highly disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

All staff are good and manager is good besi for couple and friends and for family. I love this place

Rooms are good compare to tariff, staffs are very helpfull and food quality is okay

you overcharged us with a simple hotel.......the wardrobes and washrum was all broken, we save money to have quality time not to spare it for company profits, when u can't provide quality please to overcharge, ac remotes not working, washrooms untidy........and you charge with gst.....whereas I saw people paying 1700 inclusive GST today......this is plundering customers, overhyped and for customers who save their hard earned money for a trip

Food good and very reasonably priced only you need to order bit early otherwise they may not be able to arrange food for lunch dinner or breakfast

location is good but services are average. even they don't provide packed drinking water bottles. intercom not working. services are satisfactory. pricewise it is good

The location was really nice and exactly what we needed, far from the crowd and noise. We didn't order much from the kitchen but what we ordered was well served. We boarded with 2 toddlers and the staff was really helpful from preparing food to making sure the hygiene of the room and the nearby area is maintained.

The room was poor and so is the hotel, a very small room was provided, there was basic amenities missing in the room like a geyser, hand shower etc. This hotel is not at all recommended considering the hefty price they charge. Overall a dissatisfactory experience
