unhygienic room and blanket provided by the hotel. got muddy water for bath .

not clean and clear room and bathroom room and not available service . and bathroom water very bad quality

Room was very dirty and the bedsheet where dirty,no blanket provided And the room service denied for hot water I have gone there for exam and these things affected my exam So i will not go to that hotel again

worst hotel, no proper cleaning, no towels provided even after asking, the room was smelling very badly and staff also denied to give towels. Not recommended

मेरे नाम पे बुकिंग था और मेरे साथ मेरी बहन थी उसमे बोला गया आप एक ही आदमी रह सकते हैं मुझे दूसरा फिर से रूम बुक करना पड़ा

Almost ok but there is problem of repair, intercom service is not working, breakfast in not proper on time and other facilities are very poor.

I stayed for one day at hotel itihaas and the service is very slow here with no proper ameneties, bathrooms are dirty. The water is full of dirt no clean water is available for washroom usage.

Very bad experience with your services and no any staff or managers aware that how to serv the service and care, i am not recommended for other team members.

hotel ka receptionist ko Baat karne ka tarika nhi hai aur hot water puche jane par bolta hai garmi aa gya hot water nhi milega room me telephone bhi nhi hai room premium se acha ordinary room tha bathroom ka nal start karne wala bhi toota hua tha double bed me single bed ka kambal dete hai ye log.

Hotel was easy to find but the location coordinates given by makemytrip was wrong. Hotel is near the bustand and train station. Checkin and checkout was an easy process. They had good food. And the delux room was air conditioned. Staff and hotel manager were friendly. However the room was unhygienic, i found a cockroach in my room.

Hotel manager take 500 more to give the room. Hotel hospitality was not good. They take extra charge to stay unmarried couple.

I took 4 extra partha, they charged me 310 rs extra. This is too much. Why they charged this much costs, i don't know. Bathroom is really tribal. It's very congested, dirty and small. This hotel should be around 600 rs only. In pic, it was showing something else but when i visited it was completely different.
