It was excellent cleanliness food was hygienic and staff were cooperative rooms and bathroom both were nice

As per rate rooms are totally bad no varity of food in breakfast bad behavior of staff. No need to stay hear

I was stay for night only along with my family, never expected such a worse experience in that hotel, room was terrible with so much dirt and low quality lenin provided by them, in a cost of 4500 i would expecting something good but come out with worsen experience, i am not recommended it to anyone

The stay was for office work and it was very comfortable, the staff and team were very helpful. The food served is very good and decently priced.

Hotel is in center of city, in a busy market, rooms are good and spacious, but nothing to view outside.

Every staff asking for tip only, they don’t want to serve guest. No responsibility for asking for something. The way manger talk like guest are baggers.

Very bad coordination within different department. A small sachet of Tea and milk cost 2-3 rupees refused by Housekeeping saying that's Hotel policy. At the time of check-in complimentary breakfast promised and after breakfast the said was chargeable. Totally mis-coordination among staff of different department. Rooms has good maintained and decorated. In bathroom placing of Toilet tissues place is totally wrong side. only one dustbin for washroom and room. There were false replies from housekeeping phone attendant. Not worth as charged heavily as compared to facilities.
Water bottle provided after 2 days.

It was a nice experience for me to stay in this hotel for two days along with my family. Fine rooms, quick responding room service, good food (I tried veg only), spacious area for car parking and very close to the local market. Reception team in the hotel is very receptive and no more queries with the Make My Trip guests. Its nice to stay here and visit the tourist place in and around Jabalpur.

The location is very good, staff is helpful, the decorations and food taste is good. Gym and recreation facilities are also there. It is at the highway and near markets. All the utilities are available nearby and is very well connected to city centre.

Location and rooms are good but when it comes to service it is not up to the mark. Hotel staff are good improvement in service is required. Situated at near by manhole station makes it best by its location. Hotel amenities are very limited.
