wonderful experience during the stay, food made by mr. salim was tasty, mr. yakub at the reception was very helpful. overall the experience was good, you can view the sea right from your window.

coupleGood thing first: the location of the hotel is good and is on murud beach. So u can have beach view from your room. Ayub syaad the young boy at the reception was very helpful. What was not expected: 1. There is no lift. U will have to climb up the stairs with your luggage. We had a super deluxe room, which was in the 3rd floor. We are elderly couple and had difficulty. 2. There is no restaurant in the hotel. U can get only bottled water tea / coffee. For lunch/dinner, they will give u nos. Of some restaurants near by and u can order over phone. We had to order food from outside as climbing up and down was difficult. 3. Rooms were not upto our expectation. The bathroom basin drain leaked and water would fall on your feet. Most of room lights did not work. Curtains were stained. also realised most of the properties in murud are priced high so options are limited. Wish there are options to upload photos.

We regret for ur inconvenience sir, u booked deluxe room which was on first and second floor,we shown u those rooms and we offered u super deluxe for better view which is on 3rd floor, u were happy with super deluxe. Our restaurant is temporarily closed already mentioned on Mmt listing

The hotel is in a nice location and very close to the beach. The room had a nice view of the beach. Smoking and drinking is not allowed in this hotel which is very good for a family stay. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have a lift facility and our room was on the 3rd floor. For old people it would be a little bit difficult. Hence i felt the room rate was a bit over priced.

Sir, We are thankful to your pleasing review,our third floor is super deluxe with better sea and valley view, your booking was for deluxe Room which is on 1st or 2nd floor, we upgraded to super deluxe with your consent as a good gesture for MMT guest, Yes we don't have lift as we are still stuck with local authorities for permission.

Little high prize during peak deewali holidays are normal, you booked for 2 days,after first day you requested for cancellation due to some medical emergency and just for your convenience we cooperated and cancelled your booking without any deductions against Non refundable cancellation policy, We are proudly one of the best property in our region with one of the best seafacing rooms.

Rooms are not clean, no lift, and the property needs to be renovated very badly i've paid 2x money that's not worth it u guys needs to update photos too.

Murud janjira trip

We planned to visit janjira fort in may. So, we choose hotel elegant for our overnight stay. This hotel is near from janjira fort. The hotel is located near the murud beach. We got the sea facing room. The view from the room window was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The other amenities are very limited. The kitchen is not functional so for breakfast and tea you need to walk to main murud beach road. No swimming pool in the hotel premises, they published the swimming pool pic but it present in the other property. I was disappointed with the room service and the price of the room. The nearby area is very lonely and limited lights present on the road. This is my first and last stay in murud.

We regret for your inconvenience sir, you stayed at our place for 2 days, u complained about ac and we swap your room and upgraded from deluxe to super deluxe, next morning you left open your windows and went somewhere for whole day, and there were un seasonal rain happened, you came at night complained about lizard and asked for room swap, but we were occupied and there were no rooms left.

It was a good stay as rooms were clean and staff was approachable on time. Unfortunately there is no lift and my room was on 3rd floor. You cannot make up and down each time when you have kids and it's bit painful. Kitchen was closed so we have go outside for food and suddenly 2nd the tv was not working. Door lock was horrible and was not working properly and have raised the concern for same. I hope owner can take care of above mentioned things.

Thank you sir for your review for better view we upgraded your booking from deluxe to super deluxe with your consent which is on top floor, we don't have lift which was already said to you, kitchen is temporarily not functional but we have restaurant jst next out place and they deliver at your room. Door lock is replaced after check out. Sorry for the unavailability of tv, as it was a pan india strike day of cable operators

Hotel and room had typical smell. Photos are old. Its recently not maintained. No elevator, had to walk up to 3rd floor. Kitchen is dysfunctional. Parking issues. Location good but same street has many good options. So try to find more before you narrow down. Power went down and it took time for backup to restore power. Power lost couple of times. Very limited staff.

We regret for your inconvenience sir, your booking was for deluxe room, which is on 1st or 2nd floor, but on your special request we provided u a super deluxe room on top floor for better view as we are always giving xtra privilege to mm t guest, and yes we don't have elevators which was said to u earlier, u complained abt some smell, according to you it seems room is closed for long, which is not possible as it was christmas vacation and we were occupied for each day and we have better cross ventilation in every room, for that also we gave you room swap option but you were ok with super deluxe room. We our proudly one of the hygienic and clean place in the region sir, it will be our pleasure to serve you again

No cleanliness Rude Staff Worst treatment I've ever got including a hotel I stayed with dirt rs per bed. The booking was of 2 days. He gave away the rooms that were booked to others since we dint reach first day. The room given to us wasn't habitable. It took them hour to clean. He told us that they'll clean the rooms but dint saying we dint give him the key (as if taking that was also our job). We stayed nonetheless as we were exhausted after a long tiring ride.

We regret for your inconvenience sir, you stayed at our hotel for 2 days, and u r saying u didn't came at first day, you came at 26 th dc around 2 pm and room was given you on time, you wanted other room which was already occupied, and you were provided said rooms only (which was upgraded to super deluxe from deluxe, there might be some confusion, u didn't left the keys and asked for room cleaning, which was later done at your presence in hardly 15 mins.
