Hotel Deyzor

In one word, it was an amazing experience. The environment was very homely. The staff were always ready to help. We went there in very cold weather, and they tried their best—hundreds of times—to make my parents comfortable. Thank you.

Bad side - We have booking for 4 no of room for 3 nights. First of all the rooms are small ar this price point & bed are small not appropriate to accomodate 2 no of guest . Room size & bed size should be bigger. There is no wardrobe for storage of winter garments etc. In that price point rooms are average, not luxurious. What is strange that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and in some room windows of bathroom open towards bedroom that means bad smell of excreta from bathroom easily spreading through the bedroom. Geyser fitted in bathroom is of low capacity & unable to supply warm water for 2 guest, though they supply warm water in bucket, but this should not be the solution for such price point. This is horrible. No mineral water is available in the hotel , thus there is a question mark on quality of water supplied on used beer bottle. Room decoration by local things is a good idea, but sometimes it looks like local museum & over decorated thus hamper the aesthetics. Good Side - Availability of Food & quality of food is good. The bihari Hotel manager & hotel staff are polite & very responsive . Electric bed heater is good.

Deyzor in Kaza is truly the best place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the service is excellent. It serves both Indian and continental food, all delicious. The hotel has a large collection of unique artifacts and offers a cozy space to hang out and relax — a perfect stay in the heart of Spiti!

We stayed at deyzor for 3 days. Had very comfortable stay. Staff is very nice and courteous. Owner is there all the time and they are very helpful. Their restaurant is very nice with great vibes. That space makes you feel welcome and every nook and corner tell some story. Would love to visit again and my son loved to spend time with Rustom.

It was wonderful, it didn't feel like a hotel but an insightful experience. Very thoughtful and minutely designed stay. Definitely coming back to stay here again.

It was a great place to stay at kaza. The location is in the heart of the town. The ambience and the decor of the hotel is so tastefully done that you will love to spend time over there. All the rooms are clean and the taste of the food was mouthwatering. For the wide range of food you will definitely consider this place again to stay just loved the stay.

I was unable to travel due to poor flood conditions/landslides news and dangerous road closures. Despite these circumstances, my request to cancel my hotel reservation was denied. I understand that cancellation policies are in place to protect businesses, but there should be flexibility for unforeseen events like natural disasters that make travel unsafe or impossible. It would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could consider revising its policy to accommodate such emergencies. Offering the option to receive a full or partial refund in these cases would show compassion and understanding, and would likely encourage guests to return in the future under better circumstances.

Bad food bad stay incorporative staff. Also very over expensive for the facilities provided. Could do better

2 superior rooms for 2 nights. Stayed with family & friends. The hotel is just the best in the region - well appointed rooms, great service, delicious food. There is a hotel cafe on gf which is quite famous and busy. Karan takes great care of all guests. We were checking out quite early to start for manali and karan even ensured some breakfast items were packed for us. Highly recommend to stay and eat here. Best hotel experience in kaza. Deyzor is one of the best hotel to live in kaza. They have the best decor. Best room services and best cafe. I totally recommend it

It was super comfy, food was so good we had all our meals there. Very artistic place which has a happy homely vibe. Plus they got friendly dogs!
