Excellent And Very Comfortable Rooms With All Amenities Perfect Hygeine And Cleanliness Tasty Homstyle Cooked Food

The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Quick response at the reception. The stay was very much comfortable. Rooms were clean with all basic amenities. Additional requirements were also met on request. The food was very good and service was quick.

Staff was rude and was not cooperative. Soap and other ammenities were not present in room. Only hair shampoo!

Very poor hygiene, bathroom faucets not properly working, very ill mannered and rude receptionist, and they force to eat hotel food even if it is not good, do not allow outside food, a mistake to stay here

Food, hygiene & safety was good, but there is scope of improvement. All doors are repaired at door lock point which spoils the reputation. Food is fine. Bathroom fittings are are not in very good shape, those should be taken care off.

Staying at hotel with higher cost with poor facilities even booked through online make us less confidence. Poor services for example. No hot water for taking Bath at the Hotel even this climatic conditions. Poor service on providing food on time and only one or two food recipes was with them for complementary break fast. Actually we are paying it. We are not happy with staying in that hotel.

Considering Patiala location, Hotel was over priced, location was good. Room was ok but hardly any toiletries in bathroom provided. When reached Hotel, a lot of noise and couldn't find space to Park car as Hotel was booked for some marriage ceremony. Dinner experience was also not good as some stone was found in the ordered dish (Dal Tadka)

Poor services, Hotel staff pathetic uncooperative, welcome at reception poor, Hotel staff denied facilities written in Hotel facility description. Big no to this Hotel

Very good stay, especially the front office staff is very cooperative and helpful. So its wonderful stay for family.
