Stayed overnight. The reception and staff were polite and hotel. Location is very near to the US Consulate and about 10 minutes walk from Thosusand Lights metro.

Location: 9/10 - walking distance to US consulate - Approachable distance to VAC biometrics centre - Walking distance from thousand lights metro station - located on main road and lots of eateries around it - only negative is approach lane to hotel entrance (very narrow, Unclean and shady) Had decent sized rooms with basic necessities (AC, Washroom, Geyser, Lift, etc) Best for solo travellers, Not so much for couples and families.

Property is located in a narrow area and parking is not available, which makes difficult to walk in rainy days.

The property is located on a highly congested and unsanitary street. Drinking water was not provided. The blankets were found to be unclean. Dust accumulation was observed in a designated corner. Cockroaches were present within the room. The bath towels provided were not laundered after the previous use.

Hot water was not coming. AC was not working. Rooms were not good. The location is very shady.

Washroom were good but no water. Cockroach in the room while entering. AC is working but not that effectively. No drinking water provided in the floor. WiFi internet poor condition.

Good for family stay and very close to us consultant office. Easy transportation booking cabs , Auto, public transportation buses. Easy to find hotels for dining and take away. You can find all the shops nearby.

Stay was fine, no food available in the hotel but takeaways available nearby, allowed & ok. Location was suitable for me. Facilities good, staff helful.

the stay was excellent. these had all the facilities there. it was clean. but the washroom needs to have a hook to hang clothes

Excellent place for a short stay in Chennai.Very centrally located off Anna Salai Road...close to USA Consulate,Chennai.

The stay is perfect, clean and hygenic, even the owner is friendly and helped us communicate with the locals, even the location is amazing its nearby to marina beach, also its near main road so we didn't find any difficulty in traveling to and fro, but the restaurants near it aren't recommended at all. I know it's nothing to do with stay but yeah food not at all recommended near the stay.

The first room was unclean. Then the next room provided didn't have clean towels. 1 unclean towel provided for 3 people room. They said, they ran out of towels. No toiletries provided. Drinking water, not complimentary. The street to the hotel was so unclean, the worst location. The photos of the streets in the site are the neighbouring street. very deceiving.

My experience was really bad the tap was not working bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty the shower water was getting leaked and specially when we were sleeping at night around 2:30 am someone was trying to open the door from outside and I was so scared that I couldn’t sleep whole night Terrible experience.

I visited for Visa purpose and this hotel is well located near US consulate and VFS. Rooms are good for the price point. Recommended for quick and short stays.
