The hotel was under construction and there was no kitchen . I even spotted a mouse below my bed

We were demanded extra money by the hotelier and we were forced to pay. Otherwise the hotel people would have thrown our luggage from the rooms. The hotel people informed us, if we are not going to pay the extra amount, our luggage will be thrown out.

Required replacement of geyser

Hotel was under construction no cleaning, no staff is available for any service. Room is too small & same is also smelling. Wrong picture & visuals collected. I have paid for two days but second day booked another hotel & money also not refunded for second day

soloYou will not find what you see in the photos. Rooms are dirty enough and smelly. Wash rooms are very dirty. No one cares about that. Staffs are very rude and not supportive.

Breakfast at fan hotel bless inn. -5. No hot water. No kitchen. Bought breakfast from roadside. This is roadside breakfast served at hotel. In a sorry plate because their kitchen was demolished by muncipality. No hot water because geyser not working. The hotel in under renovation or demolition, kindly stop harassing your customers by listing such hotels

Pics provided did not match with available rooms. Two rooms were booked. One room was provided which was very shabby and dirty. This does not match with pics and description, though price paid were same.
