The location was good. The services were very good. The room was cost and ample for an overnight stay.

I checked out this morning and had a really comfortable stay. The room looked exactly like the pictures, and the room service was super quick. Definitely a place you can trust!

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. I can't fault the place and will definitely go back...

Rooms are good and staffs are very descent and polite specially the staff at the reception . I personally preffer to stay here again or whenever I come to Pune. Nice property with luxury rooms at a very affordable price .

The hotel is good for business travelers. Location is close to the highway and good restaurants within walking distance. The staff was courteous and overall a comfortable stay.

the stay was good. the staff was very helpful. the room was clean. there was hot water at 5:00am. though there was no restaurant on premises, the staff have us coffee quickly the property outside the city limits, which was our choice

Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Title: Sweet Talk But Dishonest Service – Not Recommended Review: Hotel is okay for a one-time stay, but not worth the hassle. Rooms are average. They order food from outside, nothing is made in-house. Toothpaste and toothbrush were missing, and only given after asking. Frequent power cuts made the stay uncomfortable. I requested a 1-hour late checkout, but staff gave multiple excuses – first said another guest was already waiting (but no one was seen), then said there’s an online booking they’ll have to cancel. I was honestly confused ki woh guest ka kya hua hoga? I was in need, so I agreed to pay, but they still charged full-day rate for just 2 extra hours. That felt very unfair and exploitative. Yes, staff talks sweetly, but they lie a lot just to avoid cooperating. Not honest, not guest-friendly. Won’t recommend this hotel.

It was a great stay. Very clean rooms and amazing hospitality. Comfortable bed, calm locality. Hygiene was taken care of and room was very spacious too. The staff was helpful. They had a menu placed and we could order food even late night.
