We booked for 2 days stay , -bedsheets were stained and burnt it was only replaced when asked to . -lift was not functional had to take stairs every time to 3rd floor. -no proper car parking area. -since they say it’s solar no alternative arrangement for hot water in bathroom had to take shower in cold water .

Room not bad . Roof top swimming pool ok. Food average, no heater or geiser for hot water. Good one for batchelors and economic planners. 2 km from Calangute beach 3.5 km from baga beach

worst services , communications not good, lift not working, working but he says not working, 😭 really not good for beds and bedsheets,is very bad smell,,worst..

Rooms: all things are okey, behaviour of staffs and workers are good. But in rainy and winter, no hot water for bath. A/c and tv not in working. For talk about hygiene, everyday proper cleaning of room and all services. Kitchen: order anything to lucky singh paaji before one n half hrs. They provide us tasty and yummy foods with reasonable price as compare to other outsiders.

The room is okay, but service is so terrible, the receptionist is too disrespectful, the chef is too good man, lucky paji you are the great man.

Both rooms filled with mosquitoes & aunts. Rooms were stinking. One room wall was filled with stains

It was a budget friendly room and very hygiene. The room and washroom were really clean and the care taker was always available to cater our services.

One of the best experience of mine since the owner and the restaurant owner there was very friendly its like icing on the cake. Owner is also very friendly. Must try, is the food there prepared with load of love by lucky paaji most satisfying food n stay just loved it. Pool is also very big compared to other properties
