service was very good with well behaved staff and located in borvav which is 23 mins away from sinh sadan. we like the cleanliness of the property and rooms as well. food was excellent. the only thing we missed in this villa was sidi dance bcz they'll arrange this only on 50% hotel occupancy. otherwise the total experience of this villa was excellent.

Staff was cooperative. Property location and amenities were good. but the vilas were in bad condition so we were shifted to a new upgraded room. This was a nice gesture. Pool could have been slightly clean. Child friendly food menu was not there despite informing that 2 kids will be coming and websites showing child friendly.

If you are seeing images and good deal then it’s all false. Rooms are way too small, no proper arrangement of food. Even it has lot of issues in room. Water heater is too small that it takes 3 times to use for one person. I booked 2 rooms for 5 person (adults) paid proper heavy price but I got half mattress to sleep as extra bed which is made with poorest possible foam.

Villa type property is there, so much clean and with all the facilities to stay. So many amenities are there, enjoyed african dance from there side. Food quality is too good. So big playground area for cricket, volleyball & basketball with all facilities provided. Swimming pool is so neat & clean and big also.

The stay was fabulous. Experienced the forest within the resort. Nice pool for kids. Food was bit ok. Staff was cooperative

It's all rubbish. Nonsense management. Day 1 they charged rs almost for room. Room doesn't include a cupboard. Electric kettle broken. Stinking inside toilets. And no light or air inside. Asked manager named neeraj to change room but did not pay heed to any request. As the location was in forest i was literally forced to stay in the hotel. Day 2. I gave room keys to hotel manager at 8. 30am in the morning and left for local area visit. After returning almost 12 hrs later room was kept as was in the morning. Left uncleaned. Asked manager to kindly clean. Arranged a guy after 45mins and kept us waiting. Attitude of manager and team is inhospitable. Total rubbish and dirty.

Good hospitality. Swimming pool is available along with a good quality sound system for playing songs. Big size rooms along with attached washroom. Cooperative staff. Excellent garden with ducks. Good parking space. Very relaxing environment.

Overall value for money. Facilities we’re very basic but ambience was good inside. Food was relatively good

I think a very good option to stay in gir, relaxing stay and cooperative staff, they are ready to resolve your concerns the best possible way

We had a better expectation as this is suppose to be a resort. However, these are basically a rooms in a duplex type holiday homes. Deluxe rooms are very small. There are no activities available to do. The place itself is about 7-8km inside from the Main Gir Road. Staff was courteous but seemed inexperienced. Food was decent. Also there was a wedding party going on and music was set right outside door so it’s not fair to other guests. No WiFi in room. I wouldn’t pay more than 1500 for a room alone here. It’s not worth it. Rather go to different property where they have more activity available to spend time.

Property is very good having own lawn and good amenities. It is having 20 villas, each having one br and hall+kitchen on gf and 2 brs on first floor. Tv is available in the hall. Bedrooms are very small and have no furniture other than the bed, not even a table or cupboard to keep bags. The toilets are clean but are very small. If a family books entire villa with three bedrooms, it will be great stay. We had booked only one br.

Very good rooms and service. Food quantity is also good. Limited menu but manageable. Provides free stay n food for drivers. Property was clean and nicely maintained.
