Stay was good . Room was clean. Staff is courteous. Parking space is available. Hotel as in house kitchen but run at specific timings. They deliver food from another restaurant which was very bad in taste

To begin with... The hotel from the outside looked very nice, a proper 3 star. The real issue starts when you enter the hotel, there is some stinking odor that comes, house flies and loads of it in the reception area and their restaurant. Rooms were kind of what you get in a 1 star, curtains had stains. Hard water stains could be easily identified. The washroom door was jammed, no water in the flush, upon calling the room service it was identified the valve to the flush was off. Bed sheets had stains, sticking smell from the room. There were naphthalene balls all across the room. Water in taps were too low, geyser wasn't working as expected, muddy water for few secs after turning the valve on, as per HK it was due to water in pipe. We had to speak to Hotel manager, he promptly offered to change our room. The new room was similar in size, just a floor below. It was below avg, only change was the washroom door which was proper. Since we travelled from Mumbai and drove overnight we kind of somehow managed and slept off. Food was bland, we ordered veg kolhapuri... It tasted like curry leaves curry.

Ac is not working and fan is so noise bath room water gun leaking and food also delivered so late not food is not good

location is good but Toilet flush was not working found cockroach in the washroom so not happy about the property

Toilet jet leaking … made multiple complaints and always got a reply that plumber not available. Was repaired after 4 hrs. Insects and spiders inside the room. Plastic bowls were provided when asked for plates and bowls in the room. Restaurant servers only lunch and dinner. One needs to go out for breakfast Poor service manners of staff and asking for tips

Staff was helpful, generally. The premises are clean and bright. Facilities are sufficient. Attached restaurant serves good veg food. However, the front office staff (couple of ladies) are not very friendly or forthcoming. Also, Room Service (for water etc) are either late or not coming !!

Basic hotel, 10 km before Mallikarjuna Temple. Room and bed are small. No breakfast, only lunch & dinner at the restaurant, which is crowded and slow (40–45 mins wait). Asked for ₹500 cash at check-in (refunded at checkout). Okay for a short stay.

Hi the stay at Srisaila was a bad experience. The room was below expectations for the money spent, TV was not working, there was no room service nor the restaurant able to cope up the diners. The restaurant staff was rude, and the receptionist was of no help. Overall, it was a bad outing for the money spent.

It was nice and clean room very spacious and airy the best the best point was they had restaurant attached to the hotel which was great relief in that in that place
