Basic amenities not available on roms

It's family run business. Good people, helpful. Property is surrounded by forests so there were many insects in the room. Food we didn't try. Kettle was not supplied and was told that it normally drips the electricity in the property.

Not give that room which show on picture and also costly on site and on counter

No value for money

The hotel owner asked me to shifted to other hotel. Solo traveller is not allowed. They didn’t accept the booking and in last they shifted me to brand new hotel.

Hotel person behaviour is not good. They irritating my relatives and say rubbish things.

The hotel is good if you don't have much expectations. Restaurant is not available. Rooms are neat and clean.

Apparently blue heaven srisailam have a only one room allocated to mm t and that was booked and hence they did not recognise my mm t booking, fortunately the owner got me an another hotel nearby, it will be disaster if i did not get a room elsewhere as it was peak weekend

No electricity when checked in. Ideally electricity backup should be there. Served cold tea. No toiletries. Not worthy.

For first time traveller, it's not possible to find out that there is guarded check post which closes by 9pm and open 6am the next day. I did not checkin to hotel at all and was denied refund. At-least if there was a note while booking about the check post it would be good.

The first day we checked in there were ants in one room on the bed. The cost is exorbitant for the ambience and facilities. 4055- for a room like this for one day is a ripoff. Second night was better as we shifted rooms.

Its an average place to stay. First positive points. Rooms are clean, parking available, staff behaviour cooperative. Now other points. 1. Far away from temple (this hotel is 25 minutes distance by car from temple. 2. There is no resturant in the hotel. U need to go out for even small things. 3. There was a lots hustle at the time of check in as the hotel policy does not permit a solo traveller. 4. No elevator one needs to have its own vehicle to stay at this place.

Rooms clean but no tv and room take care ladies asked more money for room cleaning

What i liked about this place is that it's located about 10 km away from the hustle bustle of temple premises, which allows you to enjoy quality time. The rooms are well maintained and staff are helpful in attending to your needs. We visited during summer time. There were multiple power cuts during day time. The hotel doesn't have any restaurant. The staff can arrange food from nearby restaurants if needed. You can get tea in the hotel though. Overall a nice stay. I would recommend staying here for a short visit.

This is a great place to stay. Value for money. Its 10km before srisailam temple town but in my opinion that's the advantage of this place. The stay is hygienic clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful. Highly recommended place. They do not have a restaurant though. You will have to order food from out or go out to eat as there are few decent restaurants close by.

Very bad, there was no cup, glass, spoon, kettle, towel, napkin. Bathroom was too small, there was no basin inside, basin was outside of bathroom and was so small. There was no restuarant. We went outside for dinner.

The stay was comfortable. The staff was polite and totally cooperative plus they provided good service.

Location : hotel is located around 9 kms from the temple but location wise its a good place and perfect for people who want to explore nearby places. Cleanliness : hotel a new one and everything is kept clean with all the basic needs but no tv or restaurant and no fancy food. Rooms could have been bigger.

Very descent stay, it is newly constructed hotel. Cleanliness is very good. The staff, specially mr vijay is very courteous and helping in nature. I traveled from hyderabad by cab and incidentally the cab had a break down before 20 km in the middle of forest and hilly area from the destination. I called the hotel for assistance and to my surprise, i got immediate help from the hotel by sending a vehicle. I strongly recommend this hotel for the travelers who need a good stay in srisailum. Thanks to management. A very descent hotel, newly constructed, cleanliness is good. Staff is courteous and very helpful in case of any need. I strongly recommend this hotel.
