Hotel Jwalpa Palace

Not recommend to any one. As location wise it's out of the city area and after that all the furniture were borken and even there was dust particles on the cupboard. Wast of money. The reception doesn't have the printer also to take copy of i'd proof, they were taking image of my on mobile phone which is ideally not good.

Though so far from the main city area. It is under best view.

Called multiple time to registered phone number with make my trip as will late check-in bcz late flight the agent did not conveyed to hotel staff so face differently to get in touch with staff.

Starters are good main course was average

Hotel location was nice and it was on the main highway road.
Rooms and bathrooms were not well maintained.

Unhygienic, room quality bad, pathetic blankets, no one at reception when we checked in.

The staf was really good and food is just awesome. They have much polite behaviour.

Each staff must wear mask and maintain social distancing also temperature check should be must while checkin

Location is far from main City. Rooms and food are good. But nothing to do in or Around the Hotel.

It was just an okay stay here on our way to Shree Kedarnath Dhaam. There's nothing special about the property from location wise to the fooding services offered. No variety available at all in the food services here and I would like to let everybody know that this Hotel is actually being overrated and there was nothing special about it.

This Hotel is good with all basic amenities. Its neat and clean as well

The only point on which they are earning is the hotel is it's location, which you can easily get in other nearby hotels as well. Food quality is the worst. There is only 1 man running around to provide you toiletries, water, serving you food and everything else that you can think of. They do not even provide basics like shampoo or bathroom slippers. Rooms do have telephone sets, but the extension does not work. The man sitting at the reception was clueless about the contact number for reception.

Hotel is nicely located beside Alokananda river, little away from congested locality. Panoramic view of Himalaya and Alokananda river together from hotel room is amazing. All the rooms of the hotel is fitted with AC. Rooms are nicely coloured, clean and well maintained. The hotel has good restaurant. The staff are well behaved. I selected the hotel to take a break on the long way to Badrinath but the hotel attracted me to visit again.

Rooms were decent with hot water. A little more cleanliness will do wonders. Given the place is nestled in Mountains it's a decent place. Good mountain view from the balcony. Overall a good experience.
