Rainbow Boutique Hotel

Not at all recommended for couples. Place is dirty- bathroom stinks and all the stuff in hotels are old and broken. No food or even a window. Not worth for the money.

No cleanliness and no sanitization and lot of mosquitoes and they haven't provided any precautionary products for mosquitoes

Loved the stay. The rooms were very neat and clean. Worth the money.

My 2nd visit was great. This place is near to German embassy just 1.2 kms. It is just a 15 minutes walk one way. This is a decent stay compared to other hotels. If I visit Chennai again, I will prefer to stay here.

It was our quick one day stay so I chose this property as it was near to required place. Room looks bit dull because of dull lights. We required hot water to drink but had to request multiple times at the reception and I received it after 20 minutes. Advantage is the location of property as it is near to all major locations. Value for money. And you can choose this hotel if you are looking for a quick stay for 1-2 days and if you are with family.

The staff have welcomed me properly and navigated to the room. Room is just perfect. I had a great time.

Had a very comfortable stay. Spacious rooms and with all the facilities. Staff are very supportive. Secure Hotel to stay with family. Had a peaceful and comfortable sleep. Overall a very good experience.

The rooms where very badly smelling, since there is bar next to the room. Rooms are not cleanly

Avoidable place bad value for money

The bathroom taps & shower knobs were tight & difficult to operate. Staff were indifferent to our complaints. Bath room light could not be switched off due to defective switch & after several reminders also not repaired till we checked out. Water was dripping from Air conditioner unit inside the room which was also not attended to till we checked out. Security person was missing in place during night hours. Otherwise, room was ok needs improvement in complaint follow-up.

Not a first time visitor. Came back as the location was near to the place I had to visit and service is good.

Room looks dirty, beds are bad, you can feel the spring sometime, no running water, bad AC. The staff was attentive though were helpful but nothing much they can do until the owner pays attention.
