I feel they should update the rooms.

First thing the rooms are very old and dirty, they even didn't change the bedsheets and pillow cover after complaining. A lot of restrictions are there like u can't smoke drink and shout inside the room. Then there is no point to stay in such a hotel if u can't enjoy the trip with your friends

We stay with group good friends and it is good places.

Photos available on the internet must be very old. The place is quite shabby and the hosts are very old and it must be their age that makes them annoying. The bed and linen exhume foul smell it's never value for money

They don't have parking space, we had to park the car on the road with no security. Geysers were on only for 1hr/day. We were asked to return to the hotel by 9:30. Seriously! Is this hostel or what? We were asked to get up by 7:30 am (Like we were preparing for some exam in Kodaikanal). Only good thing is it was easy to locate. It will good if you close the hotel and start women's PG. We were there for having a peaceful time. So we didn't argue for anything. Just avoid!

The room was sticking and bed sheet was not washed we asked for change of bed sheet they told won't have extra bed sheet. We booked three member but they charged extra bed for us. And hot water was not there. They told there is no current. I'm looking for partial refund

Little professional experience needed with daily maintenance and 24-hour hot water supply.

Clean but rooms are small. Hot water facility in the morning. And on request. Homely food available on order.

I didn't like the place nor the ambience nor the people out there. The room was dingy and shabby you would feel depressed

Excellent guest services by the staff, nice rooms, easy to access location, HOME made food value for money. Overall best services at unbelievable price, enjoyed a lot with the family. Suggestable for star rated family stay at very cheaper price, nice staff .. Behaved like our family members Thanks to MMT for making trip unforgettable
