Place is good, bathroom commode is broken, food is average

In pics it night look old but it's ok budget friendly stay, good for families as well for a night, you can book and stay no problem, only thing is it is very interior

Thanks for ruining my family holiday by posting third class property. (ATTACHED IMAGES FOR YOUR REFERENCE) I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent booking. The accommodations provided were far below acceptable standards, resulting in a severely compromised and ruined family vacation. I have attached the fuel bills as proof of the additional expenses incurred due to the necessity of finding alternative accommodations. During my stay from 12 PM on December 2nd to 4 AM on December 3rd, I encountered the following issues: * Unsanitary Conditions: Dirty linens, unclean rooms, and a lack of basic amenities like shampoo and gel. * Property Damage: Damaged walls, peeling paint, and malfunctioning doors and locks, compromising guest privacy and security. * Limited Amenities: The unavailability of the swimming pool and lack of power backup severely impacted our stay. * Pest Infestation: The presence of numerous insects in the room created an unbearable and unhealthy environment, particularly for children. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I am requesting an immediate refund which includes: * Accommodation Charges * Fuel Expenses I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and a full refund. Failure to address this issue satisfactorily will necessitate further escalation. I look forward to a swift and positive resolution

They took 30 mins to confirm my booking, they were rude, and the rooms were in a terrible state. Dont trust the pictures, it’s really bad.

Hotel is undergoing renovations works worst experience i had

1. rooms are not cleaned 2. ⁠rooms are stinky 3. ⁠rooms bed are not good 4. ⁠water heater are not at all efficient it’s just 1liter 5. ⁠no water in swimming pool 6. ⁠room service is totally bad

Breakfast not provided

Since there was lot of power cut in the night, we could not sleep one night. The non ac rooms were big with fans only one side of the room. Ppl who received us were very kind and helpful and polite.
