Hell lot of things to improve maybe the management challenges when i entered the checkin experience was good however, rooms are not worth the amount we paid restaurants have strict guidelines, related breakfast services no hot water during our stay location wise kind of remote, no cab facility or taxi facility since uber and ola have not started here need to walk down till the highway and catch an auto riksha not an ideal location to stay for tourists i believe

Overall stay was good food also good, convenient, good access to railway station and bus station and beach too

Dirty mattress and pillow in room. The cleaniness of the room was questionable. Staff was kind and nice. Ac was not cooling

Beautiful. And the best part is the suggestion suggested has been observed. Had mentioned on earlier visit there being no kettle service. But they have started to maintain it. Feels good if suggestions are taken care. Thank you

Welcoming staff and good facilities. The rooms are comfy and the restaurant was excellent. The location is bit away from main town but worth the distance and wouldn’t be a problem with own vehicle. Highly safe being located on the main road and good security guards. Am-ole amount of parking.

Very good punctuality, specias sourroundings, very large courtyard, very good parking area. No polluted atmoshpere. Overall outstanding quality.

The room was excellent and very spacious. The only concern was there was no hot water available. The area where the property is located is little far from city.

I book the hotel through make my trip, and the front office desk guy tells me not to book through mmt, as the charges are high and book directly and save around 500rs. Very ridiculous and shameful. Tv in the room is as small like an writing pad and not working. The property is spacious and that's the only good thing.
