Good staff at Homestay, very helpful and caring. Rooms are good but ventilation issue. Need to improve.

We went there on 25th December 2019. Very close to Jalianwala Bagh complex. Safe and peaceful. Good ambience. No provision of water, have to purchase from hotel. No room heater which was necessary. Temperature was around 4C to 5C. Both these issues need to be looked.

The property located in a very good place and easily accessible. The rooms were nice clean with all the facilities. The location was a little bit noisy. The staff was good but they were very lazy to provide any service. The services were poor, bedsheet was unclean, they didn't change the bedsheet. Overall average stay. I will recommend this property to all.
