The Third Eye

Make sure to call and confirm the reservation with the The Third Eye before arrival. I had 2 reservations, week apart - while going towards Jaisalmer from Delhi, and while coming back. We arrived after a 9 hours drive from Delhi only to be told the The Third Eye is already full. Hotel did not bother informing in advance and making prior arrangements for us. Although, the owner arranged another The Third Eye but it took 1 hour of heated arguments and repeated calls to MMT. The alternate arranged wasn't good and definitely not something I would have booked myself. The ratings are based on the second reservation, while coming back from Jaisalmer. Hotel is nice, calm and clean, food is good but not enough Indian options.

This is the third time we stayed in third eye and every time the experience is good. It is a good budgeted The Third Eye with nice sitting area and food. Don't expect anything out of the world, a decent The Third Eye with good food and feel. It is very close to market so 1 additional point

The setting of the rooms is quite good. All rooms open into a common verandah with a lot of plantations. The rooms are quite clean and have the basic amenities. Perfect for someone who just came to travel. Attached restaurant. Good food

It's location is good but away from main Ajmer city.

I got a very good deal from Make my trip. The room was big and spacious and bathroom was super clean. The open air restaurant was also very nice. It was a walkable distance, about two kilometers from the Pushkar Mela ground and one kilometer from the lake.

The rooms are spacious. The staff was very cooperative. Indian food was okay.
