familyHotel space is so big, the amenities is also fine but staff behavior not good, not cooperative and not even understand the kids needs the play area etc. Timing of all the amenities is so short, even in breakfast if you are late for 10 minutes, they will not provide. In lunch or dinner, the same thing not providing the hot rotis, etc.

I asked resort before booking if the resort is pet friendly or not initially they said yes, after reaching Vadodara the denys to. We traveled almost 1000 Kms from Delhi and stop by but they didn't allow us. And we roam around the place almost 1hr.

Property is too good, but it is outskirt of Baroda City. The swimming pool is very clean. Cleansing of Resort is up to the mark. For games, you need to carry your own rackets, ball, etc.

Poorly mismanaged

familyProperty is nice but due to some IPL bating even families have to go for so Long securities. Plus if you are booking online you will not be have to face bias nature from members. Not recommended until you are member. Property and food is good but very lack of hospitality. Even they recharge TV for daily basis so for every day you have to remind that recharge TV for us.
