we had booked two rooms. The owner allotted us one room for a price of two and refused to give refund.

Apki booking jab hui usi samay mere sare room book ho gaye the. Due to huge rush in Ayodhya Hamne guest se request karke ek room Khali karaya ki ap logon ko ko paresan n hona pade. Booking aane ke turant bad hamari taraf se cancellation ka option approve kar diya gya tha aur call karke apse sari situation share kar di gayi thi. Ap agree the isliye doosre customer se request karke ek room Khali karaya gya. You can cancell ur booking before checkin. But u don't do that. jo nhi mil paya uske liye extremely sorry but jo mila uske liye to galat comment ya rating mat kariye🙏
