Madathil Regency Hotel

Had a one night stay in Madathil Regency. The room was spacious and bathroom was clean. The room good have better in lighting. Felt a little dim. Food is not that great. They can improve. If you are solo traveller and it is just a short one night layover, this is ok.

Good experience staying there . Washroom and living room all tidy and clean . Staff are well behaved .

Was quite upset with the service. Very slow service. Not customer oriented. Had to repeat requests many times. Heater was down a few days. Mentioned to staff but no action. No taxi or auto service provided by hotel. Only dosa and poori was the main dish provided for breakfast. No variety at all. Bedsheets were not clean. Had stain even though changed.

The hotel was clean. Staff were helpfull. Parking was available and breakfast was also good.

When i stayed at madathil regency yesterday, i received a very comfortable welcome there. After searching many other hotels in kottiayam, i chose mathil regency on make my trip. The response of many hotels was very, very bad. Especially from bright hotel. I used to call all of them directly. That's how i searched on make my trip and found the mathil regency. I haven't had any trouble from there. I will make my trip choose again on such occasions and will suggest to others. Thank you. Sorry. I have not. I will try next time

Stay was good and enjoyable. Room is big, neat and clean. Bed was big. Comfortable for 2 adults n a child. Bath room too was spacious. Had the required items. Restaurant did not have buffet breakfast. Had to order. Food was delicious.

It was awesome, easy accessible, good service, clean calm and quite.

Good food, courteous staff, rooms were good

Located on the highway side but designed perfectly without any noice from highway. Room service was a bit slow but had nice breakfast not overpriced. The drawback is that the management give preference to convention center, bar and meeting hall and thus available parking will be far. No 24hr coffee shop and restaurant will close early.

Stayed on 28 dc night. Order cold cofee as room service. The rate as per ratelist in the room was rs 70 per cup. But i was charged at rs 135 per cup. On query at reception desk, it was told that rate is increased. But very sorry to say, it is not a right act. No complementary foods provided at such high rate for room.

Since i checked in after dinner & checked out by morning, i could not try the food from the hotel. Stay was ok, staffs were very courteous. The place is value for money. Location is good- right at the side of the kollam - trivandrum highway. Decent amenities.
