Terrible experience with the property’s host(Piyush Bansal). No comments on the property as my family was not provided stay at this property. The host tried to trick me by saying that the stay was overbooked and asked me to cancel the booking stating medical emergency to MMT and receive my refund. After I reached out to MMT team regarding this issue the host tried to provide different property, which was obviously downgraded one. After 3-4 hours of continuous calls between me, host and MMT team, he finally agreed to provide the booked stay. Later in the night my family of 5 ladies reached the property at 11:45pm due to heavy traffic on prayagraj and Ayodhya route. The same was informed to the host well in advance. But even after that the host denied check in saying the rules are to check in before 11pm and made my family stranded on the street at midnight. Luckily I managed to arrange a stay for the night. Next day he provided some different property which my family had to accept as they were exhausted by previous night’s incident. Try to avoid booking this property as the host runs multiple property at Ayodhya but takes booking showing this property and providing stay at the same
