Room was uncleaned. Tv was not working. Towel, soap not provided. Very bad smell coming from the blanket, it was stinking.

Fully satisfied with kala hotel. Ambience, facility and staffs food was good, tasty and affordable. Lunch and dinner is subsidised. Breakfast is made available to rooms on prior ordering. Overall good experience.

Its very resonable hotel nowadays compare with others hotels and Veg food was good and very cheap just only 10 ₹ and lastly i would like to recommend that if you want to stay near North Bengal Medical College then this is also one of the good place
