Room with leaky roofs, damaged walls, stinking like hell, broken doors, torn doormats. Etc etc. That room deserved no more than 500-800 a day. Even after sending multiple pictures of the terrible place, we were offered another room in same hotel, rather than any good hotel.

Customer had booked non ac room and wanted to stay in ac room free of cost, the behavior of the customer was indecent even with the female employee.
