I had booked two rooms 1 AC executive and 1 AC prime executive. AC executive was a rather small room. Rooms were clean but where as cleanliness is concerned. The towel and bed sheet left a lot to be desired. Just one large towel for two persons in one room. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The most pathetic Hotel

familyHotel GK Paradise is the most Pathetic hotel in Ludhiana. They have small PG like rooms that will be suffocating. They do not provide hot water which they claim to provide. The reception is highly aggressive and rude as the workers themselves sit on the reception while the owner is seldom there. They have underground parking that is pathetically constructed with an incline of over 80 percent that will make you break your bumpers and fenders.

You booked room AC Executive and asking to reception person to give AC Prime Executive, they refused due to unavailability of AC Prime Executive room and you blamed that on duty person is rude to you and all the time owner are not possible to sit at hotel because they have other work also and they appointed us to serve you best and as parking issue you are the first guest who is telling that it is pathetically constructed. Dear guest, the main matter was reception person not given you the AC Prime Executive room, next time we will make your stay more than comfortable.

Location is fine as it near to station and market area. Regarding the food service hotel does not provide any food service, it does not have breakfast facility also, iron service is not available.
