Worst experience ever. They made us leave the hotel without checking us in giving the reason of unavailability of water. They didn't even receive our call. We want our refund at any cost.

It was mentioned in the discription of property that Room was Air conditioned, that's why I booked it, but on reaching there I was told that whole Lodge was a ordinary lodge without AC facility. We had to leave that place without checking in to search for another AC hotel in the vicinity. Hotel staff was uncooperative and clueless about booking management. It was a horrible experience and wastage of my booking amount and time. It's bad on the part to give misleading information about hotels/lodges. I am truly unhappy about it.
