Hotel manager charged extra ruppes for stayin there otherwise cancel the stay. Very disappointed. Zero star

Worst hotel

1st I called at the hotel after an hour then he asked is it prepaid I said us then he was saying never do prepaid now I would have to accommodate you that's why he gave me room and then there was no wi-fi after the night I even didn't get the breakfast even it was included in my deal and at last one more thing when I reached there hotel manager was asking me you get it cheaper than it's actual price what was that kind of behavior.

Polite and helpful staff, room has good silence even though it is bear to National highway, facilities such as geyser, tv, ac were working flawlessly.
