It was good experience as the staff was cooperative and rooms were clean and comfortable and easy to find the location

Room was good. Even best among all hotels in Patiala, the problem was water issues in morning. Most of the time you have to call at reception that water is not coming in your room, after complaint, you will get regulation in 10 min, but you can't expect all this from good hotel like Jiwan Plaza.
