Hotel Garuda

I booked one of the expensive cottage rooms at that hotel . when I checked in I was offered a completely run down cottage room with almost every thing was damaged and even sofa had a big hole. Manger of the hotel told me if I don't like the room he will change even before I checked in. room was changed to another one . room was not ready till after 7pm. when I entered the new room only thing which was clean was the linen and towels. l had booked the room for 4 pax. but setup was for 3. I wish I could share the photos of the new room then only you will understand what I am talking about. bathroom was filthy all mold in the toilet bowl. rust every where. broken door locks handles. Toilet flush not working had to use a bucket to flush. I can write a lot more. it was disgusting look like a horror movie room. shame on make my trip. this is the type of hotel do you sell? when I try to contact customer service got a reply contact the manger at the hotel. Don't make false advertisement on web site that there is free wifi. there is not. you'll spoiled my whole trip.i checked out of the hotel at 9:30am and moved to different one. hope you will do something about it. if you'll want evidence i contact me on WhatsApp. I will share. I want you'll to spend one night at that hotel in the same room C2 and let me know

V good hotel

No management on booking through make my trip. When we reached hotel they told that room is not available. They asked us to stay in cottage (kind of individual flat) which was too dirty and most of the furniture was broken. Later when i shouted they managed to provide one ac room. During all this i wasted 1-2 hours with family. I drive d for 500 km and got such pathetic treatment at gruda hotel
