The experience was not so good

Our experience was not so good, because when we reached to the hotel they told us that our payment has not done yet. After that, we called to the customer care our payment has been cleared by the company. The room we stayed in was average and the washroom was also clean. The location of the hotel was good, it was on the main road.

Worst experience ever

I booked a room online and I reached the hotel I was amazed to know that the room was not available. After a warm discussion and paying extra money I got the room. The facilities in the hotel were not up to the mark. The staffs were not helpful. I thought that paying online is the easiest option for a person but my conception has changed while I faced this kind of difficulty. My overall experience was very poor.

Food was good. Facilities need to be improved specially bathrooms. Dining hall is not good and hygiene needs improvement. The power back up is not adequate and creates problem. The swimming pool is not clean and there is no circulation of water and cannot be used
