Property is good, room service is poor, there is no food, we have to struggle if planned there

We had one of the worst experiences I would like to mention a few *Zero maintenance* Even though We had been with baby and they told not to get food inside the room mentioning clean and white rooms but there were too many ants on the bed Main thing is that we had no sleep whole night because of the sound from the cot every movement had sound There were zero toiletries not even a waterbottle Stay was nothing as shown in the photos They had mentioned about the hi tea which wasn’t given too and more over there is no running restaurants for food we have to go around 6kms everything was terrible And the pool it was leaking We had very bad experience we had to leave early
