Wonderful location and great views. The staff service was excellent. The rooms were comfortable. The bathroom requires upgrade and maintenance. We had issues with commode leaking, shower head spraying water all over and no water in the basin tap.

It is a beautiful and well maintained property with excellent, spacious rooms and a wonderful view of Kanchenjunga. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. This is the best property in Pelling hands down.

I think this property is a hidden gem as the photos listed are not truly reflecting what a great place to stay it is. The reception and all other staff is super courteous, rooms are super well maintained, food served is amazingly delicious and the views of Kanchenjunga are phenomenal. I wish we could stay at this resort in Pelling for a longer duration and not waste our time in Gangtok, which has become very crowded and polluted now.
