Nomadic Life Camp | Swiss Tents & Caretaker

Whatever was shown and told, it was not at all up to the mark. No hygiene, camps we’re not good, washrooms we’re pathetic. No provision of hot water. Overall a very bad experience.

Good facilities. Food very good. Staff behaviour very polite and well behaved.

Starting with information provided that the host stays at the property which is completely wrong and you find that out when you reach there. You cannot contact host because of no network, so you're stuck. The caretakers present display unprofessional behaviour and arrogance. During dinner i overheard a guest asking the caretaker for a cup of tea and he agreed. Just 2 mins later i asked him that can i get a cup of tea to which he refused and said that at this time we don't prepare tea and when i mentioned he just agreed to give tea to other guest, the response was because we had some argument with them in the evening therefore we are giving him tea. I was surprised and asked so to get tea should i argue with you! to this the other caretaker started being sarcastic with his comments. The food quality was pathetic and it took them ages to prepare breakfast in the morning. The stay was so pathetic that we just wanted to leave the venue asap.

Nice location & ambience, friendly staff

There was no toiletries provided not even the towels and the staff said due to rain there no dry towels available. While they should have stocked fresh towels. Toilets are not horrible. Good thing is the best and location of the property is nice. Staff are nice. Food is good. They can customise your menu as per your choice.

The rate of this camp is very very low. So you can book the camp directly after reaching there. Don't book this camp through mmt. But the camp is not good for stay. Particularly the washroom is very dirty. Overall there was a horrific stay of us.

It was a good stay considering its remote location. Rooms are clean, drainage of the bathrooms can be improved. I didn't like the dinner but had a very good breakfast

The place lacks cleanliness, hygiene and needs a far better attitude from the staff towards the guests. They're not doing any favour to us or a free service. We're paying for everything. The so called bathroom portion of the camp lacks everything. Flush not working, taps not working. It wasn't a good experience at all.

Great stay at nomadic life, good food.

Overall a decent stay. Camp staff welcoming. Decent choice of food and comfy beds. On the flipside, no hot water and basic toileteries available. Should also be able to provide mineral water to guests who request this.

Dining area was good but hygiene was an issue. Food was good but the area is full of dust therefore it ought to have an impact

This place is well designed but needs to be better managed. There is no electricity between 8am-5pm and from 11pm-6am. In the night there was no emergency light made available. Food was also average with very little selection. We experienced short circuit in our tent which was fixed but i had to chase the team down by standing on their head for over 30min. Also sign board outside the property was not clear nor there was street light.

Tso Moriri is a high altitude remote village. Considering the location, facilities were awesome. Food was also very good.

There are 2 options camp or hotel. The camp was empty and hotel rooms were unclean. Please check before opting this.

Worst experience. I never seen like this type of tents and services. Untidy bedsheets & towels. There is low running water in washroom. Washroom floor was rough or not plain surface. There is no electricity, you can't charge anything, there was cfl but they haven't light. Nobody give you room service like Cup of tea or hot water or will never see your complain like low running water or dirty towels and bedsheets.
