Property was Really good Justifies the Name i.e Nature Heritage, Food as well Service of Staff was also Good

ROOM WAS NOT GOOD 🤬,DINNER WAS OK😔, BREAKFAST WAS TERRIBLE 😡🥵,POOL WAS OK ,OVERALL NOT SATISFIED FROM THIS PROPERTY , BETTER PROPERTY COULD HAVE BEEN FOUND AT THIS PRICE

The resort is well managed and well staffed. We have previously stayed at some other properties and in comparison, this resort was well managed, clean and staff was prompt. My only problem is that the billing was not fair at the property. We had taken room with breakfast plan. We ordered lunch and dinner outside our plan for 2 days of our stay. During checkout, the bill which was handed out was very very overpriced and not authentic. I wish i could upload the final bill which were handed over for clarity of others. This spoiled our experience towards the end. I would still recommend the resort for stay but would advice to be careful with the billing. I hope the managerial team takes the criticism into account

They denied entry when we reached there saying no rooms availabale and we were forced to stay at another hotel

Excellent property and hospitality. Very helpful staff. Very good food with vareity of dishes. Coordination for jungle safari etc. The resort has a small temple, a nature shop, games room, swimming pool, a variety of birds, butterfly and so much of greenery around. Perfect place for family.

Stay at natural heritage resort was ok as resort location was good but issue was cleanliness of resort in which it was lacking. Also food taste was ok but no variety. No buffet in breakfast. You have to order your ala carte 2 hrs before as they said they then buy raw vegetables accordingly and would then prepare. Bathroom accessories like shower knob broken. We have to change your room as ac was making noiselizards and deemak in room. Discount money will be refunded?

Pool is good but pool side food is not allowed which is depressing. Staff is nice and helping. Food price is extremely high. So much electricity light cutting they had generator but started very late. First time in my whole trips i experienced such kind of problem with the power backup. So my stay was okay i don't feel any exiting thing about the stay.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights, they have maintened the property pretty well. Food was excellent and staff was very supportive.

Ambience is maintained to give a feeling of jun-gal stay which is very good. Architecture & construction of the resort is taste worthy. May be little improvement in service by professional team is required. Renovation work is going on during our stay, may be little leap forward by the hotel management will make this resort one of the best in near future.

We went as a group and the hospitality was above the expectations. There is complimentary bon-fire, swimming pool and a lawn to play games. Cleanliness is also up to the mark. Also, if you are looking for jungle safari and want to see the tiger, you can just confirm with the hotel staff for which location you should book the safari, for examples magadhi, khitauli or tala, because localities will always give pro tips about the tiger spots. Food was also great but there can be an improvement in the non-veg dishes.

Wonderful place to stay with family, nice environment, good food quality, play area for kids.

There is no wifi, hot water and shower not working properly and some kind of bad smell is coming from room as well as from water

The only problem i faced during the stay was the manager named bunty had no sense. Treated us like he paid us to stay there.

I was excited about the hotel after going through in mmt. Even when we reached, found the exterior is quite well maintained, there are lot of trees, garden in between the cottages, as far as exterior is concerned, its a thumbs up bt, room was lilo bit smaller compared to same quality hotels available there, also bathroom was a bit untidy, water was not passing properly, the running water has high iron content (even when i turned on the basin tap for the first time, some rusty co-loured water came out. Staff's behaviour was really good, they responded well whenever they were called. Food quality was good, tourists are welcome with welcome drinks, even drinks are offered after u come back from safari. Specially i will remember the high tea session with bonfire lit up. Overall, its good, but to me its a bit over-hyped and costly as e pr the rooms quality and cleanliness.

We visited Bandhavgarh and booked our stay at this resort. This resort is an excellent choice for stay at Tala. From the time we booked the resort, the team connected over phone with us to ensure that all clarification is provided, directions given and facilities are ready before we arrived. The resort team is very kind and polite. We reached around midnight but they had kept the rooms ready, arranged for safari and wake up call next morning. They packed breakfast for our safari as we would be away till 11 am. The resort and the rooms are neat and well maintained, the staff are very helpful. The food is good but has less choice of non vegetarian options which was manageable. There is a souvenir shop as well in the resort. We traveled with kid and it is a child friendly resort. Loved this Serene and beautiful place of stay amidst the jungle. Thank you for looking after us and the great hospitality.
