Morning calm homestay

Very nice owner and support staff. Excellent support proactively. Was even provided car on demand for additional cost. Very friendly staff. Arvind bisht is a very supportive person.

After review, the following are submitted: 1. Room bed sheets and towels were very dirty. 2. There was no soap or hand-wash in the bath-room. 3. The room was located in the 3rd floor and the stair-case steps are very steep to climb on. Stair-case roof was at a very low height and my head got injured due to touch by the roof. Considering the above, the hotel is worst..

Bad on location car can't approach there. Hotel is also not good. After this experience now no booking from make my trip behavior is also very bad from owner.

Difficult location, average rooms, good food, average bathrooms, location is little difficult to search

The rooms were near and tidy and staff was proactive and attended to all our requests. However, we had issues with loud noises coming from the roof late at night. That interrupted our sleep and wish the management had some provision to avoid that.

This location is totally different than specified, i had to call several times to the owner even though he sent the live location. Room is small with 3 beds which is not suitable for 4 adults. Room is cleaned with white linen. Bathroom is very very s mail and not well maintained. Owner is well behaved there is only one towel given for four members. There was liquid hand soap and a used bar soap at the bathroom. The staff has refused to provide a new soap for the bath. The food quality and quantity is not great but expensive. Overall it's not a value for money. One good point is, the room is adjacent to gmvn hotel and snow covered picks are seen from the balcony.

Rooms we clean, main thing i have to tell is their service. I haven't seen such service. They have served us food at late night also. They were very friendly, they also picked us from 5km long distance to reach their hotel. Rooms were very clean*

The stay was average. The service they provided was very good. But some machines are not in working condition and geyser is the most important one among them. Food was nice. Location was a little bit inside and you will be having trouble while finding it.

Great service but poor facilities (washroom) and food

While Auli is known for its serene beauty and picturesque surroundings. Our experience was quite terrible when it comes to visiting this place. How to reach? - Google maps has a different location tagged for this place. You'll have to book a cab for around 500rs in order to visit here which is a travel of around 7 Kms towards Auli. Services at Resort: PROS: 1. Located on the side of the main Auli road, you'd find some good mountain photography sites here. 2. Food is quite home like and is advised. CONS: 1. Below standard rooms as compared to the cost. Dirty and unclean linens and faulty electricals. 2. Unavailability of room heater. (Temperature reaches sub 0° at night) 3. No water heater in washrooms. 4. Chargeable bonfire. (Approx. 600rs) 5. Limited transport availability. You need to schedule your own travel as they won't help you with anything. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VISITING!!!
