Moon Residency

Family trip, room and hotel was very dirty, no hot water was provided, there was no room services provided to us. Location was not at all convenient, only staff behavior was average, hotel services was very poor, no complementary drinking water provided. Overall very bad experience. I would not suggest to my friends and family.

The hotel location was congested and not safe for travelers. The room was not so good and not same as online images. Staff behavior was good.

The hotel location was good near mandir. Communication problem was there so a bit hard to find, approx 50 meters far from the main road. The hotel was neat and clean but check-out time was 12:00 pm. The room was good and comfortable but restaurant not available.

It is strictly a budget hotel. The room had a lot of mosquitoes, there was a hidden bird's egg in my bathroom which was making noise when you go to the bathroom. No lift to the second floor. The only saving grace was the caretaker who served us well. The towel given was exactly like the mop we use at home. The bed sheet were dirty, but were changed on request. Even though I had booked a room for three people, I was given a room which was strictly for two people. Parking was available

Good location and cleanliness is better. Room condition is good. Staff of hotels good nature. They were very helpful and also provided all the needed stuff it was also near to all the location where we wanted to go
