Stay was terrible first of all it is 4-5 km away from kasol market and they don’t even have parking and is not even on the road you can't go and just have a car outside your hotel, you'll have to go through the ropeway and have to carry your luggage altogether and even worse thing if you have to go out in the evening or come back in the evening or late evening you'll have to walk/trek for 1-2 km and then there is a bridge you'll have to cross that then only you can reach this hotel, you can find ropeway fun but the services are unsatisfactory, i’ll not say that because they were terrible, we have waited 2 hours for french fries and 1. 5 hours for soap, in the night when we came back they were not even picking our calls and there's no reception or anything, terrible experience.

We are really sorry that your experience was not satisfactory. We would definately try to improve our service. In that period we have shortage of staff and heavy load on our property. We are really sorry for the inconvenience that you have faced. But please don't spread lies about bridge. The bridge is 300 meters from the property as it was already mentioned. Pls make sure to read the whole information about property before booking. Thankyou.

Not comfortable services are extremely poor and location of hotel is not good to reach as a family i would not recommend
