We booked for 1 night. Being a new hotel, the room, bathroom and bed were fairly clean. The owner is very sincere and nice. The positive aspect of this hotel is that it is very close to the jetty and very close to the bharatpur beach so the restaurant and water activities are very easy to do. Can be said to be good among mid range hotels.

The hotel was at a good location. It was easily approachable. It is one of the best hotels in that area. It had a good lawn. We had a family stay in this hotel. The allotted room was good. Washroom was hygienic. Hotel was very clean. Staff were very cooperative. We felt like home in this hotel. It was completely a value for money stay.

It's almost 1 km from Neil Island Jetty and 2.5 km from Laxmanpur Beach-2 (Natural Bridge). Peaceful stay, small garden, swing, and homely kitchen. Hotel price slightly costlier but staff and other facilities were good.
