Rooms doors are very dirty, very unhygienic washroom are so dirty taps are broken wall fan aso broken

Bathroom are too small very minimum space was there in pot overall experience was good, good staff behavior helpful staff

Unhygienic place, i will never ever go back to this property. I will recommend make my trip to check such properties before suggesting to customers.

Beds are ok. Staff are good and cooperative. However toilet and bath arrangements are in bad condition.

Bad condition building. The dormitory is in good condition but the main problem arises with air conditioning. They claim to be ac dormitory but when you ask hotel management to on the ac they just say to get it started in the evening only but don't follow their words in the night as well. The condition of the rooms is too bad. Small is size, no cleanliness, no ventilation, bad ac working, no wifi, damaged room locks are some of the usual routine at this hotel. So, book at your own risk!

All is good but maintanence is not good.

Not hygenic, location was very good, no food facility, got very problem while check in, washroom was dirty.

The dormitory was very poorly maintained. Toilet and bathroom size is very small. Bedsheets are yellowish and old. No cleanliness at all is kept. The owners and managers are rude in nature. Spider webs are all over and around the place

2/3 western toilets weren't functional. The basin, bathroom, and washroom weren't cleaned well. Dormitory cleanliness can be improved.

No hygiene in tha bunk bed i stay for to day they don’t even clean the bed after checkout spider in bed and spider web on seeling i stay on upper bed there are web on my bed roof which is just 3 feet away from my face very poor experience

I stayed for 2 night's, which were terrible. I only tried to stay as it was my budget trip and already paid the amount. Bedsheet and pillow were too dirty to see. Washroom was too small. No proper lockers. The bed was so hard like ground. Hope the hotel management consider my feedback and make changes that are possible.

The rooms were very dirty, the beds are full of bugs, the bedsheets are dirty like not been washed for months, broken beds, the walls, and ceiling are leaking, mosquitoes were in the room, and the unhygienic bathrooms. the roadside Dhabas are better than this.

Me and my brother planned to visit amritsar for 4 days i. E from 22. 10. 2022 to 25. 10. 2022. Firstly we booked dormitory mistakenly as we didn't knew what dormitory is. We paid rs. for this. On arrival we booked a room and paid 1500 extra. The condition of room was pathetic. A foul smell was there in the room. The mattresses was too hard to sleep. Bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. So many spider webs were there as if the room was not cleaned from ages. When we turned off the lights at night to sleep we noticed some strange noises in the room. When i turned on the torch of my mobile, i noticed 2 giant centipedes roaming in the room. I woke up my brother who turned on the lights. Centipedes hided in the cracks of the walls. And there were so many cracks in the wall. After few moments we noticed a rat roaming in the room. It became impossible for us to spend a night there. We booked the room for 3 nights but had to check out on the very first night due to such awful circumstances. We didn't told the staff about it just to avoid messy conditions and unnecessary arguments. Due to all this we had to return to our home on 23rd only. It was really bad experience. Our whole trip got ruined because of it. Never gonna book any hotel again.

If you are a single person traveling then in this budget it was a good hostel, location was very near to jaliwalana bagh and golden temple. Staff was not helpful, toilets, bathrooms are very small, dirty.

Poor service, staff is smoking openly

Washroom was in very bad condition, i had to go to a restaurant to use the washroom during my stay
