Mandarin Village Resort

It’s an excellent property spread across a substantial area, very clean and well maintained. It is serviced by a team of ever smiling staffs that are extremely helpful which will make your stay both pleasurable and memorable. The rooms are well equipped and the restaurant serves some very tasty food though would like to suggest to refrain from ordering the chinese dishes as i personally found them to be away from the conventional taste. The property also houses a bar with karaoke facility every evening. All in all a great destination if you are looking to spend some quality peaceful time. Assured you will be fully rested. Also, if one chooses the right season they will be gifted with some amazing view of the kanchenzonga. We were lucky to experience the view during our stay even though it was very unusual for this time of the year. Highly recommend.

We consult for local sightseeing, they arranged a car and took 1500. The original rate was 700. We took a car for drop to Namchi and he charged 3400. The original rate was 2200. We got all the details from Kaluk taxi stand. I personally requested to refund our extra money of what he have taken but he refused and misbehaved like anything. This person is spoiling the goodwill of the resort.

Loved the garden and flat ground outside. Amazing view of Kanchenjunga and mountains. Room needs to be updated and better lighting. But room is private and spacious. Food was decent but could be improved

I booked this resort for our honeymoon after a friend's recommendation and got a view side room. The whole staff was very professional, they won the heart with their mannerism and they gave their best for the services. The food quality, the taste, the hygiene were great. Since it is located remotely, one must abide by the timings of the food and the quantity as well.

It was just awesome. If you are a peace lover or romantic then please be there for at least more than one day. Complete 360° view and star category hospitality make you feel special. Taste of food need bit of compromise otherwise It's just awesome.

The property is very good, with plenty of open spaces, flower garden and mandarin trees. The view should be awesome but unfortunately the sky was clouded. Cottage room is spacious, toilet large and a small verandah to sit out. Service is prompt and excellent. Food was ok, not too good. In all, we had a very pleasant stay and good value for money.

The resort is extremely beautiful and one can enjoy the awesome view of Kanchenjunga. The staffs are well behaved. The rooms are great as well. Overall it is the most soothing and finest place to stay.

A steep descent from the Kaluk market will lead you to this beautiful Mandarin Village Resort situated amid greenery. Rooms are spacious, staffs are helpful, food is lovely and a breathtaking view of the Kanchenjunga is on offer. What else can you ask for?

For those who love a serene and peaceful staycation, this is the ultimate place to go. Rooms are big and clean, view is mind blowing and food is also good.

Would definitely encourage people to visit this place. Good views, excellent staff and the food is lovely. Little expensive but understandable.

It was a comfortable stay with all the amenities mentioned. The view is worth visiting and this is my 2nd stay at this place after 11 years. A lot of things have been added and the staff are super caring with all the help you require.
