1. Location is not far from chikamagaluru town. 2. Great location (inside private coffee plantation) 3. Clean and neat room. 4. Yummy and great food. 5. Friendly caretakers. Overall, a nice place to stay in chikamagaluru if you want to experience the tranquility and peace.

The homestay was good but the types of rooms we booked didn't get. We have selected a "couple room" but instead, we got a room with 2 beds without much space left for a walk or sit. Decent stay but not worth the price we paid.

familyVery calm location and nice property. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The caretaker was helpful. The food was delicious and healthy. The facilities were up to the mark. Overall the property was value for money. I must recommend this to others.

Our stay was in middle of coffee plantation. Reaching there for the first time was little tricky since there is no maintained road to the stay. But later on we figures out the way and it turned out very adventurous. Owner was soft heated and welcoming. Safe and peaceful is what I can say about the stay.

groupThe property is very nice and well maintained, the food was absolutely great and the caretaker was nice. The location was a bit difficult to find but they have helped us out to find the location. Only the problem was that when we reached the property they shifted us to some other home stay for a single day as the room was not available, this should not be done as the property was per book. I can recommend others.
