Hotel/Villa location is excellent. Surrounding with hills, lake, gardens and beautiful roads to the villa. 2 garden, kitchen, 3 bedroom, 1 hall is good enough for even with 15-20 people. The extra bed was available. Cons are, one bathroom has not worked geyser, bathroom toilet is not properly cleaned before check-in. Early or late check-in and check-out time are not possible or flexible because of only one staff available for limited working hours.

Ac not available, owner says Ac for only in month Feb to June. Not for now in Oct. Frogs are in bathroom. Cleanliness is good. Kitchen equipment are useful. Interior of house is good. No ac, no fun, no swimming pool, no tv. Natural view from balcony is awesome.

Talking about the hotel, the location is awesome. View from each room was amazing. It is situated away from the hustle and bustle, but had a security problem. The home was not clean properly. The TV was not available. AC was not working also their remotes. There was a mouse in the home which spoiled our food.

Great location, good property but need a lot of maintenance

We were 3 couples. Had great time. Location of Villa is very nice. It has mountain and Lake view. Property is very nice with 3rooms, living room, dinning area, kitchen with gas and fridge (microwave was not working), 2 bedrooms had attached bathroom and one common bathroom, has a very nice lawn. But then comes the cleanliness part. Property needs to be maintained well, there are no basic amenities like toiletries too so we need to carry everything, the owner is least interested to answer us. Everything he just says to contact the care taker, the towels were provided per room one towel, but that were also very bad. Location is very nice but if they improve the service then it would be great (no TV too) just don't go on the photos provided here. It is nothing like that.

It was pathetic stay ever. The Villa had no water and balcony door lock was broken. It was so dirty around. Moreover I called MMT customer care and they also took few hours to attend my query and solve it. Worst to worst experience.

TV which is shown on website was not available, caretaker told TV got damaged hence removed. Later we found out that out of 3 rooms, ac in one of the room was not working. Basic toiletries like bath soap, toilet papers were not available. Pros amazing and peaceful location, basic kitchen utilities are available however lack of cleaning.

If allowed to give more than excellent I would have given plenty. It was wow Villa. Great place. Full masti. Scenic beauty. Very comfortable for family and friends.
