Very very bad experience

1. Washroom are very dirty and unhygienic and also toilet flush was not working. Asked for cleaning, took 4 hours to clean it and clearly denied to fix the flush problem. 2. A big giant BEE's nest in one room balcony. Called caretaker he said don't open the window. 3. Flat caretaker is very rude and don't even know how to talk properly. 4. They don't even removed the polythene covers from the mattresses if u think to remove it, may be possible they will deduct the deposit amount.

Nice flat. Spacious clean rooms. Well connected to promenade. Nice view. Functional kitchen. AC worked nicely. Washrooms were clean. Flat was well decorated. Enough supply of clean towels and toilleteries. Only drawback was no WiFi.

Room are neat and clean. Location is awesome. It has all facilities of kitchenette. Services is excellent. View is really good. And location is perfect on the site near lavasa convection centre so all places are near by. Enjoyed a lot and will recommended others to visit the same.
