Very bad service. And room condition ...better than sleep in the street side

Worst behaviour from residency person no hot water facilities, bad smell inside the room

Receiving is worst(I can say it's terrible. Worker is asking extra money for 1hr extra and bedsheets and pillow covers are not changed. Washroom is not clean. I will not give a single star to this Residency.

No amenities provided. No toiletries, no wifi, no room cleaning. Water taps were not working, all taps had hot water only. The restaurant looks like a local dhaba with goons sitting in it. Never ever book this hotel, the location is also very shady.

Good stay in the middle of the town, rooms were neat and many options available nearby the property like restaurant, bike rental, etc. The in-house restaurant could have been better. Ok

But in mg residency service was not good

The room was pretty clean and neat but the owner and the staff were very rude i checked out a day before when i asked for my refund he screamed and didn't give me any refund or anything.

Room is perfectly for 2 members but there is no hot water facilities and there is no staff at hotel to clean the rooms. There is no regular changes in bedsheets covers and pillow covers. Kind of worst facilities and it's attached with bar. So, people are shouting like anything till 1 am to 2 am. There is no peaceful at hotel.

More compacted rooms, blankets are so verst, cleanness is concerned very dirty. Bath room is so small. V erst service. Now i am checked out.

Beds were not clean ac not working fan not working bedsheets were not hygienic no ac remote no towel no soap no proper response from management

Good rooms but very small size, very convenient to main market, good location.

Rooms are best but the food is not much good

I m not interested in discounts. I want good stay when ever selected a room. Big or small room, neatness is important which these people are not maintaining.

There was delay from checkin itself. Took too long to get the room, cramped up space. Fan and a/c were not working. Bad service, unhygienic and even the power was out for a while.

No cleanliness. Full of dust.

Rooms were not ready and cleaned when we reached.

I need an option to write an essay on their service. If I simply say, Worst👎 ever I stayed in my entire life and they were asking for a five star⭐ rating even. When I reached there with my entire family, I felt like that was the most blunder mistake ever I have done because of the following We reached there around 12:00 hrs and could not check in as the staff stated that the rooms are being cleaned and they have to do it soon. Yes bro, that's very necessary. We admitted that and decided to take a visit with Gandhi Park and having lunch also. We felted like we were using the time very wisely by doing that. We reached back at 15:00 hrs (3pm), we get the rooms for which we were prepaid. But none of the rooms and toilets weren't cleaned and had a very slutty conditions than the public toilet🚽. When we asked about the same to the room boy there, he said that "toilets are like that". That was so enough for my home minister to get angry😤 and make a brust fire 🔥on him telling "Don't you know and Haven't your mom taught you to wash toilets and clean rooms daily after using it by different people like, it is Readiculous and may cause infection s". The ladies with me checked out all the rooms in the hotel and chose a Better one and told him to clean that atleast. I don't know whether he felt sorry or angry. He said nothing and followed all directions those given by my wife. One of the rooms was so big enough to settle my family but the double room that they provide is so small in which just a couple can adjust. You may feel Spaceless if you have children👶👧👦. was showing that there is facility for free parking. But I didn't know that it's a public market road which is being provided for the customers there as "FREE". Poor customers. After paying all these cash in advance, they don't have a second option to choose as everyone of them like me are not enough rich to afford or opt an another hotel in that zero time as they don't return any Penny after reaching there. 😄😄😄. But for this they have an explanation too.. We have installed CCTV camera facing to the road and it is under observation🧐. What should I say. It's a matter of common sense and thoughts 🤔of logic. I am sorry I couldn't buy some for them as it is not 😡for business in the market. Helpless😔. The most important thing by which I decided to continue the stay there and write ✍️this review is their attention, attitude and mentality to the 👀👉customers. Appreciating. They handled all above issues with a calm😌 nature so that even we didn't feel like to make a quarreling with them. Now few line for the future customers, They don't have a parking They don't provide 🍲food They don't have a restaurant Should go there only if you don't get a better one. Hygiene is like if you can adjust with No compromises in rates If you get the WiFi range in your room, you may be called lucky 😄. Book it after reaching there if it is possible Haa. One more thing. Ensure your room's 🔐lock is in good condition. Because most of them were like got bored there and looking to come with you when you press them to open or close.
