Cocos Inn Resort

Location is good.Swimming Pool is well maintained and good.Food quality ranges from Poor to average.Breakfast options are limited.Service is poor.They have a policy where we were told that NO ROOM SERVICE IS AVAILABLE as per policy of the resort.Sounded very strange to me as i was in a resort where the policy is that even for a cup of tea we have to visit the restaurant.Not even a snacks is served in room. Overall not worth the tariff they charge.Not recommended.

1. food is just okay, like ghar ka khana 2. location is excellent 3. facilites are poor, charging point was not working, intercom wasn't working, there were bugs around, may be because of seasonal change. 4. food wasn't served in the room, compulsion was ther to have food in restaurant only 5. after 10 pm kitchen closes so again you cant have anything ordered. over all food was a concern

Property location, very good Food, as we were pure veg, we didn't tried much Amenities- 1. swimming pool well maintained, 2. table tenis table, is used as partition for their material, if asked, then told no space for it. Service - very bad, 1. when room given, no standard followed 2. we had 2 rooms, in one room no toiletries in one room, no water bottle in one room, 3. no room service people before 8.30 am or so, 4. manager while talk doesn't seems smiling, so seems rude, 5.while checkout, food bill wrongly charged, 6. In non AC room - No TV cable worked for all days In AC room (which we took on 2nd day by paying extra, per day per room), OTT facility available but internet speed was very low and disconnected frequently so not able to connect and cannot watch TV, I should get some refund. There were lot of mosquitoes in room, if told then they themselves didn't gave allout machine, after asking multiple times, gave machine

Overall very hyped up pricing..I paid with breakfast for a room with balcony i suggest pls check the rack rate before booking any hotel. I went on 18th of Oct which was not a season time and just before Diwali..Very disappointed The properties location is away from kashid main beach by 2.5km and there's nothing in and around this hotel except good see view but no beaches. Food was decent but water pressure in the shower was pathetic.Should ho there only if you have your own vehicle as local transportation does not exists there. Property was neat but has only 12-15 rooms with a swimming pool and no other amenities and yes offcourse restaurant .

The service at the resort is not good. I called the house- keeper 5-7 times to refill the hand wash, shower gel but still the handwash is not refilled. Apart from this the room was dirty, the chair in the balcony was also dirty even the balcony was not cleaned.

Nice location, good ambience, enjoyable swing,fun in swimming pool, nice welcome, spacious and clean rooms with sea face look, best service. Food is ok.

Very good place to stay. Clean Hygiene property. Very responsive staff. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Food for non veg lovers it’s really good. For vegetarian there are options. However, I would say not at all the best. Avoid chinese be it veg or nonveg. Hotel has the bst view and calmness far away from the city.Roads are good as well

It was a nice stay along with seashore. Property Location is excellent. Nice options are available for the room. Service is nice but rooms maintenance should be improved.

The property is at a good location with a stunning view of Arabian Sea. There is an on-site dining area providing good quality food.Staff is also very helpful and responsive. Breakfast is good however options are limited. Cons There was a stain in the bathroom which was the only issue.

The resort is located quite far from major tourist attractions, which made getting around inconvenient. Unfortunately, the amenities and services did not meet expectations. Our room frequently experienced issues with electricity and hot water, which was frustrating. Additionally, the staff were often unhelpful and seemed irritated whenever we requested assistance.

My complain is with MMT. For last 2 bookings the last minute confirm page was changed without any intimation and I did wrong booking. First one was with dates which was changed without any intimations and wrong date booking was done by me. However I got the refund after my request and got the booking cancelled. 2nd booking which is for the mentioned resort, When I checked the room had air conditioning but some how I booked a non ac room. I could not sleep due to hot climate. My holiday was not at all pleasant because of both the incident last sunday.

Excellent stay if you are planning to visit with your family. This is a new property, stunning view of the beach and the sea. Loved our stay at the property.

Food was excellent, however there is no room service between 12 am to 8 am. If you face issue like power cut or water supply cut , there is no option

People who clean toilets also work as waiters here. No seperate departments. The manager does no work and whole pace is done by five 20 year old kids who do all the work from cleaning toilets to serving rotis. Manager is rude as well and is not accountable for anything. the rooms were given 1 hour after check in..tv doesnt work, ac didnt work, electricity went at night for 2 hours. for the price they charge its not worth it.

The location is fantastic with a sea view from every room. The rooms are clean and well-decorated, and the staff is polite and helpful. The swimming pool is well-maintained, catering to both kids and adults. However, the food is a bit overpriced and doesn't meet expectations in terms of taste. Note that there's no mobile network available, except for Jio. However, the property is equipped with Wi-Fi in all rooms.

Negetive: veg food quality in dinner was very poor. Variety of foods in breakfast was very less. Food quality needs to be improved. Some infrastructure in bathrooms needs to improved. There was very less space to keep toiletries and flow of water was very slow in the morning. Positive: excellent location, clean pool, excellent vibes, everything was very nice except food. I will definitely visit again and i hope i will enjoy better food.
