I booked the hotel 1 day in advance and on the next day i went to check in the hotel and found that the hotel was already full. Then the hotel staff said that the hotel is full, then you should book another hotel. If the hotel is full then why take the booking. If you took the booking, why did you not inform that the hotel is full? after going there, i got to know that the hotel is full. I faced a lot of problems, i didn't get another hotel early and if i got a hotel, it was far and around the corner, but i had to pay a lot of money.
