Property was decent. Had good vibes. Care taker were pro active. Pool table was little slant, but good enough to play a and enjoy with friends.

This property is ideally located right next to the lake, offering breathtaking views. The rooms are spacious and impeccably maintained, making it perfect for both friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our short vacation here. The climate was wonderful, and we spent most of our time on the terrace, enjoying the lake view and the pool table.

It’s to far from pune and mumbai and nothing there inside it’s dead city waste of time and money.

Overall it's nice property at vet good location, you must have your own vehicle as there is issue with transportation

All the amenities were present and all the rooms were really large and open. Toilets were clean and the water heaters were perfectly fine. Only con is that the foam and velvet of sofa are kind of old. Rest, amazing experience and balcony.

The property ws neat and clean. The caretaker was friendly. It's situated at most beautiful location in lavasa, just adjacent to the lake. Owner is adjusting too. The only problem is, there is no inverter at the property. We struggled for an hour in the evening, due to no electricity.

Good location but food is an issue. No good restaurant near by. Care taker is cooperative. Jacuzzi is not upto the mark. Nothing much to do hence one want to relax, can go to lavasa. Overall not so exciting nor so bad experience.

Excellent stay for family or group with 3 bhk, kitchen availability, pool table and lake side view. Food places is also 7-10 mins walk including grocery store that makes easy for any one to buy things as needed. Cycling spot is also within 10 mins walk.

Nice location, very comfy apartment with all required amenities. Care taker ram is a good person.

The property was very well maintained and spacious. Very good views of the lake. The best feature being the pool table in the hall.

It’s was a beautiful property and well maintained. The best part is jacuzzi and kiddo with us enjoyed it. Also i should say the host is friendly and care take ram was very proactive

It was overall good in terms of room & service. However, my main concern about which i inquired on the phone call prior to booking - about the jacuzzi and its condition; - it was not in good shape nor was it working fine. It was leaking, some of the output pumps were not working. It is not worth the amount you pay if you are looking for a time with your partner.

The stay is nice and person who take care is really well. He helps in all needs we need. On one call he come and take care of all needs. Place is very clean and atmosphere is great. You can spent perfect time with your love ones. I suggest everyone i stead of staying in hotel you can at this place is worthy. They suggest food is great and taste is awesome. They have all stuff with that you can make your morning tea and breakfast

Beautiful house, with good care taker and a working jacuzi. The only thing i request was that there shud be a cleaning staff during the stay for once to wash the utensils we use, so that we don't waste our time in doing so. The place and location was very beautiful for a family trip and we really enjoyed

The property is nice and clean and is situated right in front of the lake so view is amazing. The property care taker is also very supportive

The property is situated in a beautiful location right next to the lake. However, the cleanliness needs some work. The bed covers and sheets were not clean. The blanket was probably used by the previous resident and i did not get a good night rest because the dirt in the bed sheets caused itching. The spare pillows were extremely dirty. The property needs to be maintained better.
